गोवा खबर : भारत सरकारने 2 ऑक्टोबर ते 31 ऑक्टोबर 2024 या कालावधीसाठी घोषित केलेल्या विशेष अभियान 4.0 मध्ये सरकारचा भर प्रलंबित प्रकरणांची संख्या कमी करणे आणि स्वच्छतेवर राहणार आहे.

या आधीच्या विशेष मोहीम 3.0 मध्ये, महिला आणि बाल कल्याण मंत्रालयाने सातत्याने प्रयत्न करून महिन्याच्या आधारावर प्रलंबित प्रकरणे मार्गी लावली होती. विशेष मोहीम 3.0 मध्ये मंत्रालयाने 5,049 जन तक्रारींचे निवारण केले आणि 1,199 जन तक्रार अपिलांप्रकरणी तोडगा काढून याप्रती आपल्या वचनबद्धतेची ग्वाही दिली.

मंत्रालय कागदविरहित कारभारासाठी ई-फाईलचा वापर करत असून गेल्या मोहिमेत अशा 339 ई-फायलींचा आढावा घेण्यात आला आणि नोंदणी व्यवस्थापन प्रक्रियेचा भाग म्हणून त्यावर योग्य कारवाई करून त्या बंद केल्या.

विशेष मोहीम 4.0 मध्येही आपल्या प्रयत्नांमध्ये वाढ करण्यासाठी मंत्रालय कटिबद्ध आहे.
