India Travel Mart ITM Goa 2026 Honours Gujarat, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir Tourism with Special Awards

Goa Khabar: The second day of India Travel Mart (ITM) Goa 2026 witnessed the presentation of special awards to participating state tourism boards, recognising their efforts in destination promotion and exhibition presentation.

Award Categories:

Gujarat Tourism* received the Best Stall Decoration Award for its creative pavilion.

Punjab Tourism* was honoured with the Best Tourism Promotion Award

Jammu & Kashmir Tourism received the Best Destination Presentation Award.

The awards recognised the participating states’ efforts in showcasing their tourism offerings and engaging with the travel fraternity.

The three-day B2B & B2C Tourism Expo & Conclave, being held at the Panjim Convention Centre, Mala, Panaji, has witnessed encouraging participation from Goa’s travel agents, tour operators and travel professionals, along with individual travellers and families. Visitors showed keen interest in exploring destinations across Gujarat, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir, interacting with tourism representatives and gathering information for their upcoming holidays.

With Goa entering its upcoming peak tourism season, ITM Goa has provided an important platform for state tourism boards, hotels, resorts and travel companies to connect with the local travel market, promote their destinations and explore new business opportunities.
