Riona Coelho adds, “I am both excited and determined as I step onto the national stage for the IndiaSkills patisserie competition. Seeing our students compete at the national level is not just an achievement, but a step towards shaping future industry leaders.”
The competition is part of the larger format of the IndiaSkills Competition that tests the skills of the youth nationwide, across 63 skills. Winners of the national level will advance through to represent India at the WorldSkills competition in Shanghai, in September later this year.
