Goa Khabar : Returning Officer CCP election issues notice for Regulation of Political Meetings, Gatherings, Campaign Activities and Public Events for enforcement of Model Code of Conduct in view of CCP Elections.
Prior permission to be taken specifying Venue/location, Date & time, Route plan, Expected crowd strength and Details of sound system and vehicles.
Violation of the model code of conduct will attract legal action under CCP act, Representation of the People Act, 1951 ,Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and standing instructions of the Goa State Election Commission.
