Goa Khabar : In continuation with investigation and upon interrogation of 04 accused persons arrested earlier in crime No. 106/2025. Upon techicnal survilance that on 10/11/2025 03 accused persons were arrested namely 1) kursingh Rajput age 42yrs r/o Rajasthan, 2) Munaf s/o Pirsabh Shaikh , age 42 r/o Sawantwadi Maharashtra 3 ) Bharat singh Rathore s/o Himatsingh age 25yrs r/o Rajasthan. All are placed under arrest and presently in Police custody.All accused persons were produced before JMFC Ponda and granted 03 days Police Custody. Further investigation is in progress with PI Laxi Amonkar . Under supervison of DYSP Rajesh Kumar and SP Crime Rahul Gupta IPS.
A similar case was registered by crime Branch PS upon the complaint of Deputy Commissioner Exise crime No. 75/24 u/sec 284, 420,465, 468, 471 IPC and Sec 5,8,9,33 of Goa Exicise Act. The same accused are highly suspected to be involved in this crime too. Therefore a letter requesting for transfer warrant has been sent to JMFC Ponda by Dy.SP. Hiru Kavlekar. If approved the said accused will be taken in custody in Crime No. 75/2024.
Further investigation continues.
