Goa Khabar : Dacoity reported at the residence of a doctor in Ganesh Puri, Mapusa, is nothing but failure of Goa police. It is shocking that dacoities are happening in populated areas. This is happening because police have failed in night patrolling.
Police have failed to prevent crimes, robberies and dacoities. I have been raising issue of police failing to conduct Nakabandis. Now when the dacoity has happened they were intercepting vehicles registered with other states.
Will the dacoits wait after committing crime? This suggests that Professional conduct of police is deteriorating. Thus, the lethargy has entered in the police department.
They should have learnt lesson from past dacoity incident in Dona Paula. Robberies, Dacoities, murder, rapes, Gangwars have become regular in Goa.
When Goa police launched Project Netra (CCTVs), it said that this will be comprehensive surveillance initiative to enhance crime prevention.
All projects and plans of Goa police are failed.
Criminals and robbers commit crime and cross the border. But police seems to be Susegaad.
Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawanthould come clear over what is failure as the crimes and robberies are increasing. At least now don’t speak about detection of cases, you have failed in crime prevention.
Absolutely no fear of police among criminals.
