The Margao Legal Aid Cell of the V.M. Salgaocar College of Law conducted it’s major program – a seminar on the topic “Overview of the PoSH Act” at Rosary College of Commerce and Arts, Navelim Salcete Goa

Goa Khabar:The Margao Legal Aid Cell of the V.M. Salgaocar College of Law conducted it’s major program – a seminar on the topic “Overview of the PoSH Act” at Rosary College of Commerce and Arts, Navelim Salcete Goa. The speaker for the said seminar was Ms. Aloysia Andrade (Legal Officer / Case Worker at Sakhi One Stop Centre North Goa / SCAN Goa).

The faculty incharge Mr. Roshant Pawar was present for the same. The event was organised by the Cell incharge Ms. Jinu Ponnachan and the Deputy Incharge Ms. Kreanne Diniz. It was an interactive session wherein the students were given various scenarios and asked about the response in the same. They were also shown various video clips to educate them on the said topic. The students raised various questions in regards to the applicability of the act. Overall the program was a grand success.
