Goa Khabar : AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, along with Goa Prabhari Atishi, State President Valmiki Naik, and other State leaders, sought blessings at the Hanuman Temple in Panjim.
Kejriwal said they prayed that everyone involved in the Chanda Chori at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya receives the strictest punishment and that all those protecting or supporting the accused should also be punished and scrutinised. He stated that millions of devotees had contributed to the temple with faith and devotion, and this theft has amounted to a betrayal of that trust.
He narrated an incident where a former Union Home Secretary had donated a 1 Kg golden Ramcharitmanas that suddenly disappeared from the temple one day. Upon the donor’s query about the same, Champat Rai insulted him & rudely responded saying his job is not to protect everything at the Mandir.
