Goa Khabar : The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) marked its 44th Corporation Day on April 8, 2026, at The Riverfront, Panaji, reflecting its ongoing efforts towards strengthening tourism and supporting the sector’s growth in Goa, while continuing to enhance the state’s tourism ecosystem.
The event was attended by Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Rohan Khaunte, GTDC Chairman Kedar J. Naik, GTDC Managing Director Kuldeep Arolkar, and Deputy General Manager Marketing Deepak Narvekar, along with senior officials, staff members, and their families. Addressing the gathering, GTDC Chairman Kedar Naik highlighted that the corporation, has played a key role in managing and promoting Goa’s tourism offerings across hotels, transport, and tour services.
He reiterated the organisation’s commitment to ensuring continued progress and a positive growth trajectory in the years ahead. Managing Director Kuldeep Arolkar emphasised GTDC’s focus on building a self-sustainable and profitable organisation, crediting the collective efforts of its team and leadership for its current direction.
The celebration brought together employees from across the corporation and included a fashion show featuring staff participation, along with dance performances and a range of games and activities. Spot prizes were awarded to participants during the evening. Winners of the competitions were felicitated with prizes presented by the Chairman.
