RagaJazz quintet mesmerises Goan audiences

Goa Khabar : The internationally acclaimed RagaJazz quintet mesmerised Goan audiences at the Silva Heritage lawns in Benaulim village, south Goa on the evening of November 22. The event was curated by the The Live Music Project (TLMP) and hosted by the Silva Heritage resort.

Audiences were treated to two-hours of high quality music which was a combination of Indian classical music and Scandinavian jazz. The band comprised Lars Moller, Grammy award winning Danish saxophonist, Kala Ramnath, Sangeet Kala academy award winning, Indian violinist, Thor Madsen, Danish guitarist, Abhijit Banerjee, noted Indian tabla player and Danish percussionist Jonas Johansen. This was the first time, this quintet had performed in Goa.
