Carmona SC ease past UC Benaulim

Goa Khabar : Carmona Sports Club cruised to a commanding 5-0 victory over United Club of Benaulim in the GFA Third Division League at St John Baptist ground, Dando, Benaulim, on Monday.

Vinayak and Keith Rodrigues each bagged a brace, while Arron Fernandes converted from the penalty spot to round off a dominant display.

Carmona seized control in the first half, dictating play from midfield and applying consistent pressure. Their breakthrough came in the 26th minute when Vinayak calmly slotted home, and Fernandes doubled the advantage from the spot just before the break.

The second half saw Carmona maintain their intensity, with Vinayak netting again to make it 3-0. Keith Rodrigues then added two more in quick succession to complete the rout. At the final whistle, Carmona secured an emphatic 5-0 triumph.
