Goa Khabar:Mandrem police have arrested one Uganda National lady for overstaying in India.
As per SDPO Pernem Jivba Dalvi Mandrem Police staff during routine patrolling at Arambol Pernem found a lady namely Ms. Hajarah Nakanwagi, age: 29yrs, Uganda National staying at Arambol Pernem without having valid document i.e Visa.
As the said Uganda National lady had contravenes section 7(1) (3) of Foreigners Order 1948 and Section 14 of Foreigners Act 1946 and she was placed under arrest. Further investigation is in progress with LPSI Archana Sharma of Mandrem Police Station.
