Goa Khabar : December 30, 2025: The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) launched its Calendar and Diary for the year 2026 at a function held at Paryatan Bhavan in the presence of senior officials of the Corporation.
The Calendar and Diary were unveiled by Hon’ble Chairman, GTDC, Kedar Naik; General Manager, (Marketing) GTDC, Gavin Dias; and Deputy General Manager (Marketing), GTDC, Deepak Narvekar. The occasion was attended by Deputy General Manager (Administration) Sandeep Gawas, Deputy General Manager (Finance) Kundan Naik, Senior Managers Vishesh Naik; Pravin Phaldesai; and Prasad Kavlekar, along with other officials of GTDC. The programme was compered by Deepak Narvekar.
Addressing the gathering, Hon’ble Chairman, GTDC, Kedar Naik, said that the New Year symbolises new hopes and new resolutions, and calendars and diaries continue to play an important role in everyday life. He noted that GTDC has brought back the calendar and diary after a gap of ten years with the objective of taking them house to house, showcasing Goa’s hinterlands and tourism locations beyond the well-known circuits. He encouraged and motivated the GTDC team to continue working with dedication towards strengthening tourism outreach and promotion.

Managing Director, GTDC, Kuldeep Arolkar said that the Calendar and Diary are effective tools for promoting Goa’s tourism experiences and strengthening GTDC’s branding efforts, with a clear focus on diverse tourism offerings across the State.
Speaking on the occasion, General Manager, GTDC, Gavin Dias, stated that the GTDC Calendar and Diary aim to promote Goa’s hinterlands, highlight new tourism services and serve as meaningful takeaways for visitors, reflecting the diverse tourism experiences available across the State. He added that branding and marketing remain key focus areas for the Corporation.
GTDC’s Calendar & diary launch is designed to build brand GTDC & recognize GTDC’s role in promoting Goa as premier destination with a focus on its hotels , events , new tourism services , local traditions and sustainability, aligning with the “Goa Beyond Beaches” initiative.
The GTDC Calendar and Diary highlight the Corporation’s efforts to showcase diverse tourism experiences and destinations across Goa.
