This blend of seasoned professionals and budding creatives celebrates Goa\u2019s artistic legacy while nurturing fresh talent; just what Festa do Povo intends to do.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Intimate storytelling sessions scattered throughout the festival grounds will bring Goa\u2019s folklore to life, against the serene backdrop of the mangrove habitat that fringes the state capital.
