In his message, he said, \u201cWe are fortunate to witness this practice of the decennial Exposition of the Sacred Relics of St. Francis Xavier. This Solemn Exposition held every ten years is an opportunity to introspect on the teachings of the Saint and an occasion of spiritual renewal and also a time to rekindle in the hearts of the laity the desire to be the messenger of the Good News.\u201d<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Hoping that the Exposition helps foster harmony among Goans and brings about a spiritual renewal, Dr Sawant added, \u201cI also take this opportunity to extend my warm welcome to pilgrims which will close on January 05, 2025.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dr Sawant further added, \u201cIt is heartening to know that the theme chosen for this Solemn Exposition is, \u2018We are Messengers of the Good News\u2019.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Chief Minister said that the Government of Goa has time and again demonstrated its ability and competence in hosting occasions of such magnitude which attracts people from India and the world over. \u201cIt reiterates the Government\u2019s stance of being Swayampurna and Atma Nirbhar in providing world class facilities and also enables the locals to derive benefit from hosting such mammoth functions as it attracts people from all across the globe.\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dr Sawant lauded the hard work of the Exposition Committee formed to oversee the running of the Exposition saying that they have done a commendable work in ensuring this solemn function, comprising religious ceremonies bringing to light Goa\u2019s cultural and religious legacy, is done well.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Let us on this day pledge to build communities of love, peace, justice, harmony and brotherhood.
