GPS Bajwa (Retd.) Indian Navy, and\u00a0 Ramesh P. Patil, Director, Postal Services (Goa Region), Panaji, at a function held at Panaji Head Post Office on Friday, 26 July, 2024.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CDR. Rao, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Goa Division, Panaji; Shri Sanjay Desai, Assistant Director, Postal Service-l, Goa Region, Panajl; Dr. M.R. Ramesh Kumar, Retired Scientist, National Institute of Oceanography, Goa; and staff of the Postal department were present at the release function.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. M.R.
