In collaboration with\u00a0Svay Goa<\/a>, under #WomenAtHyatt\u00a0Diversity Business Resource Group<\/a>, Ronil Goa celebrated International Women\u2019s day with a day full of engaging sessions, interactions and experiences for the vivacious women.<\/p>\n The day began with a recap of Hyatt\u2019s Commitment to Change Starts Here and an introduction to our women led partners and vendors, followed by a\u00a0Sound Healing<\/strong>\u00a0session with\u00a0Smriti Makharia<\/em>.\u00a0<\/a>, renowned sound therapist from Mumbai.\u00a0<\/em>Next up was a session on\u00a0grooming and self-care\u00a0<\/strong>by\u00a0Sayli Nageshkar<\/a>, a professional makeup artist based in Goa.\u00a0 The lunch menu was designed around the most favourite food items chosen by our female colleagues and prepared with love by our loving chefs.\u00a0\u00a0Svay Goa<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0team engaged with our colleagues in personalized sessions on\u00a0Mental Wellbeing<\/strong>\u00a0led by\u00a0Neha Naik Khaunte,<\/a>\u00a0Counselling Psychologist\/M.A in Psychology\/PGD in guidance and counselling;\u00a0\u00a0Eating Well & Eating Right<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0Nikisha Shetye<\/em><\/strong>, MSc Clinical Nutrition from Symbiosis with specialisation in Weight Loss & Diabetes Management and a session with\u00a0Prutha Pai Panandiker,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>an advanced Certified Lactation\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Professional & Certified Prenatal\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Yoga Teacher from team Svay Goa.\u00a0 The team also made their own\u00a0\u2018Vision Board\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0– to help visualize their\u00a0 success through the representation of what they want or hope to achieve. This helps create a positive and powerful image in the mind, making it easier to believe in your ability to achieve your goals. The last event of the day was a movie experience followed by cocktails and canapes as the colleagues were handed over sustainable tote bags with thoughtful surprises inside for them to cherish for days to come.<\/p>\n \n On 8th<\/sup>\u00a0March 2024, we invited the Pink Force of Goa Police, the women force specially assigned for enhancing the safety and Security of women and children in the state to thank them for their support and care. We hosted a special International Womens Day lunch for them at Ronil Bistro and presented them with weatherproof bags & memento.
