*BJP has failed Goa’s Youth-Manuel Cardozo*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n *How dare an insensitive CM Sawant say that Goans don’t need social schemes but are habituated to freebies- Herton Fernandes*<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Goa Khabar:<\/strong>AAP Goa President Valmiki Naik challenged CM Sawant to a debate on implementing Kejriwal’s Guarantees in Goa. Valmiki stated that CM Sawant has admitted that even if the BJP accidentally comes to power they will not give Goa anything close to Kejriwal\u2019s guarantees as BJP is incapable of fulfilling them. Valmiki was joined in the press conference by AAP Vice President Manuel Cardozo and AAP leaders Shyam Kolamkar and Herton Fernandes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Valmiki stated that CM Sawant’s statements that AAP’s promises are like stars from heaven proves that BJP has neither the will nor the ability to provide such services to Goans. He added that CM Sawant himself was rattled by Kejriwal’s Guarantees to Goans and has by his statements admitted that if Kejriwal’s guarantees are implemented in Goa that Goa will become “Heaven on Earth”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Valmiki added that the BJP in its criticism has admitted that even if they do come back to power even by mistake they will not provide anything even remotely close to what AAP has promised. He stated that BJP has made it clear that cannot implement these schemes and make the lives of Goans better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Valmiki pointed out that AAP unlike the BJP does not indulge in “Jhumlas” and that AAP provides all these guarantees in Punjab and used to provide the same in Delhi as well. Meanwhile BJP is forcing Goans to suffer through high prices, lack of jobs, a failed healthcare scheme & almost absent services. Valmiki pointed out that BJP is trying to cover up its failure in the DDSSY scheme by launching a scheme that provides an additional 2 lakh per month coverage. This is in stark difference to AAP’s scheme in Punjab where all families receive 10 lakh health insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is important to note that since Arvind Kejriwal announced his guarantees BJP has been scrambling for cover under stray comments. The AAP leaders pointed out that since the announcement one of BJP’s own MLAs have suggested to follow Kejriwal’s guarantee on increasing Grihadhar to INR 3000 without conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n AAP Goa Vice President Manuel Cardozo stated that the BJP is failing the youth of Goa. He added that youth who want a future as athletes are looking forward to having world class sports facilities as promised by AAP.
