AAP Invites Congress for Alliance, Then Attacks Congress; Silent on BJP \u2014 Has AAP Become BJP\u2019s Political Shield?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goa Khabar: <\/strong>Goa Pradesh Congress Committee Media & Communication Department Chairman Amarnath Panjikar today launched a blistering attack on the Aam Aadmi Party\u2019s Goa unit, accusing it of playing a \u201cdouble game\u201d with the people of Goa and questioning why the party repeatedly targets Congress while maintaining a suspicious silence on the BJP government that is actually ruling the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEk Kachori, Do Samosa \u2014 AAP ka kya bharosa? AAP\u2019s politics has become a menu of contradictions. In the morning, AAP leaders invite Congress for an alliance; by evening, the official AAP Goa page is busy abusing and mocking Congress. They talk about saving Goa, but when it comes to confronting the BJP Government, their microphones suddenly go silent,\u201d Panjikar said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said the people of Goa are no longer fooled by AAP\u2019s political theatrics.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cArvind Kejriwal came to Goa selling the dream of \u2018Goa First\u2019 and projecting AAP as an alternative to both Congress and BJP. Now AAP MLA Venzy Viegas is asking Congress and RGP to join an alliance. Goa Forward leader Vijai Sardesai has welcomed K. C. Venugopal\u2019s call for a broad opposition front. But instead of showing seriousness about opposition unity, the official AAP Goa page chooses to attack Congress,\u201d Panjikar said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWHY IS AAP AFRAID OF ATTACKING BJP?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLet AAP answer one simple question: Where is your anger against the BJP Government? Where are your daily attacks on the government that is in power? Where is your outrage over Goa\u2019s land being converted, Goa\u2019s identity being threatened, Goemkars being pushed out and the state\u2019s resources being compromised?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhy does AAP find Congress an easier target than the BJP? Is Congress the government in Goa? No. BJP is. Then why is AAP behaving as if Congress is its principal enemy?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panjikar said the AAP\u2019s conduct raises serious questions about its political intentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOne camp. Two tongues. Zero pressure on the government. This is not \u2018Goa First\u2019. This is political opportunism. AAP cannot ask Congress to join an alliance with one hand and attack Congress with the other. Goemkars are not fools. They can see through this political circus.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOY RAKHONN YATRA HAS BECOME GOEMKAR\u2019S MOVEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panjikar said the massive response to the Goy Rakhonn Yatra has rattled those who never expected the people of Goa to rise above party politics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNGOs, activists, social organisations, community representatives and concerned citizens are joining the Yatra. People are walking with us because they know this is not merely about Congress. This is about Goa. This is about whether the next generation of Goemkars will have a Goa left to call home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Yatra has already moved beyond the boundaries of a political programme. Goemkars have taken ownership of it. Every village is adding its voice. Every section of society is raising the same concern \u2014 protect our land, our identity, our water, our environment and our future,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panjikar said those claiming to fight for Goa must now prove their commitment on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAAP can keep producing Facebook memes. Goemkars will keep walking. AAP can keep attacking Congress. Goemkars will keep fighting for Goa. AAP can remain silent on BJP. Goemkars will remember that silence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDON\u2019T PRETEND TO BE GOA FIRST WHILE PLAYING BJP\u2019S GAME\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panjikar warned parties involved in discussions about an opposition alliance that political credibility cannot be built through contradictory statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf an alliance is genuinely meant to defeat the BJP, then every partner must be prepared to fight the BJP. You cannot claim to build an opposition front while spending your political ammunition against the principal opposition party and giving the ruling BJP a free pass.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf AAP continues on this path, Goemkars will naturally ask whether its so-called \u2018Goa First\u2019 politics has quietly become \u2018BJP First, Congress Last\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He challenged AAP to come clean before the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVenzy Viegas calls Congress. AAP\u2019s official page abuses Congress. Delhi talks of a non-Congress formula. Goa AAP talks of opposition unity. BJP gets silence. Which AAP should Goemkars believe?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGOEMKARS WILL DECIDE WHO STAYS AND WHO GOES\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panjikar said the coming political battle in Goa will not be decided by social-media memes or backroom political calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe people of Goa are awake. They are watching who is standing with them and who is merely playing politics. The Goy Rakhonn Yatra is a movement of Goemkars, for Goemkars and by Goemkars.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThose who genuinely want to save Goa are welcome to walk with the people. Those who want to sit on the sidelines and attack the people\u2019s movement will have to face the people\u2019s verdict.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGoemkars are already out on the streets. The Yatra is moving. Goa is speaking. And in 2027, Goemkars will decide who will protect Goa and who will be politically moved out of Goa.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not Kachori-Samosa politics. Not BJP-friendly politics.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
