{"id":115453,"date":"2026-09-26T13:40:18","date_gmt":"2026-09-26T08:10:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.goakhabar.com\/?p=115453"},"modified":"2026-09-26T13:40:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-26T08:10:21","slug":"kcca-hosts-third-edition-of-annual-principals-lunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.goakhabar.com\/?p=115453","title":{"rendered":"KCCA Hosts Third Edition of Annual Principal\u2019s Lunch"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Encouraging Students to Explore Careers in Culinary Arts\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Goa Khabar:<\/strong> Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts (KCCA) hosted the third edition of its Annual Principal\u2019s Lunch, bringing together principals, vice principals and senior educators from schools across Goa for an afternoon of culinary experiences, hospitality and conversations on career opportunities in the culinary industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The annual initiative gives school leaders a closer understanding of culinary education and the diverse professional pathways available to students, spanning culinary production, hospitality, entrepreneurship and other specialised areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"339\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goakhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ad-26.09.2026.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-115416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.goakhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ad-26.09.2026.png 300w, https:\/\/www.goakhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ad-26.09.2026-265x300.png 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subhasis Mandal, Principal of the Verna-based Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, said, \u201cCulinary arts is often perceived simply as cooking, but it is a profession that demands precision, discipline, creativity and a strong understanding of both the craft and the business behind it. Through initiatives such as our Annual Principals\u2019 Lunch, we want educators to experience the standards of the industry first-hand and, in turn, help students understand that culinary education can lead to diverse and rewarding career opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event brought together educators from several schools across Goa, including St. Xavier\u2019s Higher Secondary School, St. Alex Higher Secondary School, St. Thomas Higher Secondary School, Carmel Higher Secondary School, Fr.
