The event was organised by the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Goa<\/strong>, and the Travel and Tourism Association of Goa (TTAG)<\/strong> in association with the Goa Department of Tourism<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Student chefs, home chefs and professional chefs participated in the event, presenting a range of authentic Goan dishes. The programme highlighted traditional cooking practices, locally cherished flavours and recipes that form an important part of Goa\u2019s cultural identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through the participation of chefs from different backgrounds, \u2018Goencho Swad\u2019 provided a platform to celebrate and preserve the distinctive tastes and culinary traditions of Goa.
