According to the police, the accused allegedly entered the bungalow at Nagali Hill, Dona Paula, on April 20, 2025, assaulted the caretaker, tied up the caretaker and the complainant’s parents, and confined them inside the house before escaping with around 1 kg of gold ornaments<\/strong> and approximately \u20b93 lakh in cash<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The accused were formally arrested after being taken into custody by the Delhi Police in April 2026. During the investigation, the Crime Branch collected evidence through witness statements, Test Identification Parade (TIP), CCTV footage, technical analysis, disclosure statements, and the recovery of gold coins, a crowbar, and other incriminating articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The investigation also revealed that four of the accused had entered and stayed in India without valid travel or immigration documents.
