The cap must be increased to ensure justice for families in distress. Its very purpose is to offer immediate financial relief to bereaved families,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed that when a government employee dies in service, the family loses its source of income instantly.<br \/>\n\u201cBut the government provides job relief only after 5\u20138 years. That is not compassion, it is procedural cruelty.
