This year nation celebrates 75 years of Constitution. The event was presided over by Smita Vats Sharma, Director General, PIB, along with\u00a0Dr. Pragya Paliwal Gaur, Vice Chancellor, Indian Institute of mass Communication (IIMC).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/3-1F030.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"562\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As part of the ceremony, officials collectively recited the Preamble to the Constitution of India, affirming their commitment to uphold its values. The ceremony began with the words:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/userfiles\/image\/3-2CCXW.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"559\" height=\"373\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The observance highlighted the spirit of constitutional responsibility, civic duty and national unity among media and communication professionals present at the festival.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony concluded with all participants chanting the patriotic slogan \u201cJai Hind,\u201d echoing the nation\u2019s enduring respect for the Constitution and its guiding principles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Goa Khabar : On the occasion of theConstitution Day, observed nationwide on\u00a026th November, officials of the\u00a0Press Information Bureau (PIB)\u00a0took part in a ceremonial observance held at the 56th\u00a0International Film Festival of India (IFFI).
