Mulgao exemplifies how heritage and livelihood can go hand in hand when tourism is designed responsibly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Director of Tourism, Kedar Naik added, The enthusiastic participation in the Mulgao Village Experience demonstrates the growing appeal of community-based tourism. We will continue to curate such experiences across Goa to highlight our state\u2019s diversity and sustainability practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-105844\" src=\"https:\/\/goakhabar-com.preview.jikut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/21165-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"142\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitors were taken on a curated journey through a coconut farm where they witnessed Virgin Coconut Oil making, learnt about the local deities and folk stories, and experienced the serene natural beauty of the village. The activity offered participants a first-hand insight into Goa\u2019s rich agrarian traditions and its living heritage, aligning with the state\u2019s focus on \u2018Goa Beyond Beaches\u2019 and Regenerative Tourism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, Goa Tourism organised a special Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour for children from Bal Bhavan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The Minister also interacted with the students of Bal Bhavan, handing out Goa Tourism Caps to each student. The initiative gave young participants a lively and educational journey through Goa\u2019s tourist attractions, allowing them to experience the State\u2019s culture and history first-hand in a safe, engaging and accessible manner.
