However, he pointed out a significant gal in the system: floriculture continues to remain outside the ambit of the Goa Agricultural Tenancy Act. As a result, these cultivators lack legal protection and secure rights over the land and crops they nurture.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\u201cI urge the government to review the Act and include floriculture, thereby giving these dedicated cultivators the recognition and security they deserve,\u201d Borkar stated.
