The Centre rejected Goa&#8217;s 2023 request to form a panel, showing clear disregard.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">2. Goa Not a Priority for BJP in the Parliament<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">While other bills are passed swiftly, Goa\u2019s ST Bill remains sidelined, even after AITC MPs demanded action in the Business Advisory Committee.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">3. CRZ Rules Punish Locals, Spare the Rich<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Over 20,000 traditional homes are under threat due to CRZ rules, while luxury hotels continue expanding.
