CM SENSITISED SWAYAMPURNA PARIKSHAKS TO ACHIEVE TASK

Goa Khabar:The Chief  Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant held a meeting of all the Senior Officers,  IAS officers and HODs of various Government Departments appointed as Swayampurna Parikshak, sensitising  them  on the assigned task of accomplishing  the objective  of Atmanirbhar Bharat and  Swayampurna  Goa at Van Bhavan, Altinho today.
The dream of Atmanirbhar Bharat  is cherished by the Prime  Minister for our Country while the  dream of Swayampurna Goa is cherished by the Chief  Minister himself  for Goa.
   In the meeting Dr Sawant guided the officers appointed as the Swayampurna Parikshak to monitor the  work  in coordination with the Swayam Mitras  nominated in every Village Panchayat in the State. He called upon the Parikshaks to be the mentor,   motivate, guide them and supervise Swayam Mitras  to accomplish the  desired goal in time  in the best possible way and them to rush to their respective areas  from tomorrow onwards.
       The Chief Secretary, Shri Parimal Rai IAS  while guiding the participants  stressed upon proper and  effective  implementation by personally monitoring every aspect and getting the work done on time  to fulfil the objective of  Swayampurna Goa.
Shri Rai advised  them to motivate the villagers to achieve the Swayampurna mission. Accomplishing the goal of Swayampurna Goa  lies on your shoulders, he said and suggested them to start  working immediately  and prove themselves as  the true Paryavekshakas to Swayamitras and the people at large, he added.

Earlier, the Chief Minister chairing a meeting  of Department of Public Private   Partnership and urged them to assess the feasibility if  projects  for Tourism Sector can be worked out on public private partnership. The agencies/stakeholders working  in tourism activities were  invited to inform about their projects.The meeting aimed at how best tourist activities can be launched to attract more and more tourists to boost tourism in the State. The agencies engaged in adventure tourism,  Helipad tourism,  Motorised Para gliding and Goa Convention Centre  were  showcased through power  point  presentation in the meeting.
     Chief Secretary, Shri Parimal Rai IAS; Secretary to CM, Shri J.Ashok Kumar IAS;  Collector, North Goa Smt R.Menka IAS; Collector South Goa Shri Ajit Roy IAS; PCE  PWD Shri Uttam Parsekar;  Director,  Tourism Shri Menino Dsouza,  SP South, Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh,  MD GTDC, Shri Nikhil Desai , Director Dept.
