Goa Khabar : The Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) has reiterated its demand for a Commission of Inquiry led by a High Court Judge to investigate the ongoing job scam in Goa, which has been ongoing for the past 10 years. This demand comes after the Director General of Police  Alok Kumar claimed that politicians are not involved in the scam.

Girish Chodankar, CWC Permanent Invitee and Former PCC President, commended the DGP for acknowledging the job scam but emphasized that the youth of Goa deserve to know the truth. Chodankar pointed out that the BJP has been governing Goa for nearly 12 years, since 2012, and it is essential to uncover the facts behind the scam.

The GPCC questions the involvement of figures such as “godfathers,” “godmothers,” “babas,” or “bahus” in the scam, citing that if politicians are not involved, then these figures should not be involved either. The committee seeks a thorough investigation to bring transparency and accountability to the government.
