Murder accused in a Bicholim Case arrested within 6 hours
Goa Khabar : That on 22.09.2024 at hrs, received complaint from Bhalchandra s/o Prabhakar Bakre R/o H.no. 104, Behind Zudio, Vithalapur, Sankhalim to the effect that on between 23.00 hrs of 21/09/2024 to 04.30 hrs dated 22/09/24 behind cow shed at Vithalapur Sankhalim accused person Chandu Patil native of Maharashtra committed murder of minor boy namely mast Samir Ali native U.P. by inflicting hard blunt object on his head there by causing him multiple head injuries resulting in to his death.
Forensic team and dog squad visited the spot. deadbody shifted to GMC Morgue. Bicholim Police Station formed two teams one consisting of PSI Sunil Patil, PC Laxman Naik and PC Prashant Gaonkar and second PSI Viraj Dhauskar, HC Nilesh Phugeri and Mayur Asolkar and left for investigation.
Further after developing information through Human and technical surveillance apprehended accused Chandu Ambadas Patil age 30 years from Kalyan railway station by PSI Sunil Patil and team and brought at Bicholim PS and arrested in the crime. The accused was apprehended with in six hours after registering offence by Bicholim Police from Kalyan railway station Bombay.
Further investigation of the case in progress with PI Dinesh Gadekar of Bicholim Police Station. Entire investigation was carried out PI Dinesh Gadekar, PSI Sunil Patil, PSI Viraj Dhauskar, PSI VIKES Hadfadkar and other staff of Bicholim PS under supervision of SDPO Bicholim Shri Sagar Ekoskar and overall supervision of Shri Akshat Khaushal, IPS, SP North.
