CM Pramod Sawant Presides Over Installation of IIA Goa Chapter Executive Committee for 2026–2028
Goa Khabar: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant presided over the installation ceremony of the new Executive Committee of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Goa Chapter, for the 2026–2028 term at the Goa International Centre, Dona Paula.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Architect Amit Sukhtankar, Architect Shirish Perry and members of the architectural fraternity.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Sawant congratulated the newly installed Executive Committee and extended his best wishes for a successful and impactful tenure.
He expressed hope that the committee would play an important role in shaping Goa’s built environment through innovative architectural practices and sustainable development.
The Chief Minister also encouraged the IIA Goa Chapter to guide its members in accessing eligible government schemes and to strengthen collaboration within the architectural community.
Sawant emphasised the importance of innovative design, sustainable development and professional excellence in contributing to Goa’s future infrastructure and development.
