Goa Khabar: The Town and Country Planning Department has reconstituted the North Goa Planning and Development Authority (NGPDA), bringing the planning areas of Panaji, Taleigao, Bambolim and Mapusa under its jurisdiction.
Corporation of the City of Panaji Mayor Rohit Monserrate has been appointed Chairman of the reconstituted authority.
The NGPDA will also include MLAs representing Panaji, Porvorim, Mapusa, Aldona, Saligao, Tivim and Siolim, along with councillors and other nominated members.
