Goa Khabar:Responding to requests by Goan Vehicle owners AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has announced a Townhall against Forced E20 in Goa. Taking place on 25 August, 3pm at Vivanta Miramar, Goans who are suffering from forced E20 will finally get an outlet to share their problems.

The townhall comes after the first National townhall against Forced E20 fuel took place in Delhi where 7 lakh Indians tuned in to support the campaign. Kejriwal was joined in that townhall by vehicle owners across the country who shared their bad experiences with e20 fuel.

The Aam Aadmi Party has been consistently raising issues regarding e20 in Goa. The party led by Goa State President Valmiki Naik and other state leaders visited petrol pumps across the state and spoke to Goans from Calangute right upto Canacona.

They found issues ranging from carburettor problems to dropped mileage with issues being faced by students, private Vehicle owners and Goa’s famous bike taxi pilots.

In the beginning of August, Arvind Kejriwal pointed out that Goa has a higher than average vehicle ownership and that forced E20 would impact 85-90% of Goans.

Arvind Kejriwal stated that on August 25 if every Goan raises their voice together the Modi Govt will be forced to listen.
