Pramod Sawant is Afraid to face the public” AAP Goa President Valmiki Naik on the 3 Day Assembly Session
Goa Khabar:AAP Goa President Valmiki Naik stated that Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is afraid to face the people because of the growing unpopularity of his BJP government. He said that Sawant ran away from the last Assembly session, the Ponda by-election, and the municipal elections.
Referring to the recent youth protests, Naik stated the BJP’s image has been severely damaged, and the Chief Minister is now avoiding public scrutiny. He added that if the Chief Minister is unwilling to answer the people’s questions on the floor of the House, he has no moral right to continue in office. AAP demanded that the government convene a full 3–4 week Monsoon Session, traditionally the longest and most important Assembly session of the year.
