Goa Khabar : Abdul Sayed, NSUI Goa State Secretary, met the Goa University Registrar to demand that the paid campus Wi-Fi be made accessible to all devices, including mobile phones.
Pointing out that the network is currently restricted to laptops, Sayed demanded a network software update to allow seamless mobile access across the campus. In response, the Registrar promised to personally inspect the Wi-Fi connectivity in every block and table this software update at the upcoming University meeting, alongside Sayed’s demands to review the ₹30,000 annual Ph.D. fee and upgrade campus infrastructure.
