Goa Riders Conquer World’s Highest Motorable Pass; BJP Goa President Damu Naik Congratulates Team

Goa Khabar: Four passionate riders from Goa have successfully conquered Umling La, the World’s Highest Motorable Pass at 19,024 feet above sea level in the Himalayas of Ladakh, marking a remarkable achievement in adventure motorcycling.

Highlighting their accomplishment, Goa BJP President Damu Naik extended his heartfelt congratulations to the riders, praising their courage, determination and unwavering spirit in successfully completing one of the most challenging motorcycle expeditions in the world.

The expedition saw the riders battle extreme weather conditions, freezing temperatures, low oxygen levels and rugged mountain terrain before reaching the iconic pass.

The team comprised:

– Chetan Chodankar – BMW R 1250 GS Adventure

– Rudesh Kunkalyenkar – Triumph Tiger 800

– Pankaj Raut Mulgaonkar – Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

– Sachin Kerkar – Bajaj Dominar 400

Congratulating the riders, Damu Naik said their achievement reflects the determination, resilience and adventurous spirit of Goans. He noted that such accomplishments inspire the younger generation to dream big, embrace challenges and pursue excellence with dedication and perseverance.
