Goa Khabar : Goa Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant interacted with citizens, councillors and panchayat members of the Ponda Constituency during a public grievance meeting held in the presence of Directors, Heads of Departments and senior Government officials.
The interaction focused on addressing public concerns, reviewing issues raised by local residents and ensuring that departments take prompt action for their resolution.
Dr Sawant heard grievances from citizens and instructed the concerned officials to coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and effective redressal of the issues.
The initiative formed part of the Government’s efforts to strengthen direct public engagement and improve the delivery of citizen-centric services through better coordination between elected representatives and Government departments.
