The competition, judged by Europe’s most influential spirits buyers, is regarded as one of the continent’s most authoritative spirits awards, providing a definitive stamp of quality, innovation, and craftsmanship on the global stage.
Innovation: “Pressed, Not Just Distilled”
The award-winning gin stands out from traditional London Dry Gins due to its unique, two-step production process that prioritizes botanical integrity over high-heat distillation:
- Low-Temperature Pressing: The distillery utilizes specialized pressing to extract vibrant, clean oils from botanicals. This method captures a sharpness and freshness that is often destroyed by the heat of conventional stills.
- Meticulous Vapor Infusion: This cold-pressed extract is then perfected through vapor infusion with core juniper, star anise, raw citrus, and a selection of secret botanicals.
The result is a spirit that is “pressed into being”—intriguingly crisp, zesty, and utterly pure, capturing the raw essence of its botanical blend.
