Mercedes-Benz opens South Goa’s first luxury service center in Margao

Goa Khabar : Strengthening its footprint in the region, Mercedes-Benz India has inaugurated its first state-of-the-art luxury service facility in Margao. Operated by Counto Motors, this new center is strategically located to serve the growing base of luxury car owners in South Goa.

This expansion complements the existing 3S facility in Ribandar, North Goa, ensuring that customers across the state have access to world-class after-sales support closer to home.

Facility Highlights:

  • Advanced Technology: The 8,598 sq. ft. facility features modern diagnostic tools like XENTRY and Star Diagnostics, along with a ‘Digital Service Drive’ for transparent, real-time updates.
  • Expert Care: Staffed by Mercedes-Benz certified technicians, the workshop includes dedicated bays for Periodic Maintenance and General Repairs (PMGR).
  • Customer Convenience: Services include personalized consultations, digital job card creation, and a professional pick-up and drop facility.

“Goa represents an important and fast-emerging luxury market,” said Shekhar Bhide, Vice President of Customer Services at Mercedes-Benz India. “This facility reflects our commitment to delivering a refined, personalized ownership experience.”

Aakash Khaunte, Director of Counto Motors, added that the expansion aims to meet the rising demand for premium mobility in the commercial capital of Goa, ensuring services align with the brand’s global standards. This launch is part of a larger nationwide strategy by Mercedes-Benz to inaugurate 20 new dealerships across India in 2026.
