Goa Khabar : Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Goa Prabhari Atishi, State President Valmiki Naik, along with other senior leaders, formally welcomed social worker and leader from Bahujan Samaj Geetesh Naik into the party. With over 15 years of dedicated social service, Geetesh Naik joined the party along with a large number of his supporters, significantly strengthening AAP’s grassroots presence in the Ponda constituency.
Welcoming Geetesh Naik, Arvind Kejriwal stated that Aam Aadmi Party is the only party that works among the people and for the people, while other parties are focused on looting People’s money. He highlighted that AAP has delivered the best facilities in Delhi and Punjab, like free electricity, water, education, and excellent healthcare, and aims to bring the same model to Ponda and the entire Goa. He also expressed confidence that AAP will send its third MLA to the Assembly from Ponda in the upcoming by-elections.
After Joining the Party, Geetesh Naik said that he is committed to working with greater dedication for the development of Ponda and is delighted to be part of Aam Aadmi Party. He added that the support of AAP and guidance of Arvind Kejriwal will play a crucial role in his journey towards service to the people and help him contribute effectively towards the progress of Ponda.
AAP Goa Prabhari Atishi praised Geetesh Naik’s leadership within the Bahujan community and his social work, stating that his entry will further strengthen the party and deepen its connection with the people.
AAP Goa State President Valmiki Naik welcomed Geetesh Naik and stated that Aam Aadmi Party believes in politics of work and will address key issues in Ponda such as hospital infrastructure, roads, administration and sewage problems with full commitment. He expressed confidence that Geetesh Naik’s entry will further strengthen the party in the constituency.
The Aam Aadmi Party Goa unit reiterated its commitment to addressing the basic issues of the people across Ponda and the entire state, and to providing clean, transparent, and people-centric governance.
