Goa Khabar: Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao on Thursday urged the Government to act decisively to ensure uninterrupted LPG supply in Goa.“All other states are proactively taking measures to avoid shortages, but the BJP’s insensitive Government remains ‘Sushegad’ on this pressing issue triggered by the ongoing war crisis. Does this Government expect people to fill empty cylinders with air pumps? The Chief Minister mocks citizens with his repeated pat phrase ‘Bhivpachi Garaj Na’,” Alemao said.
He pointed out that several LPG agencies are not responding to phone calls, and bookings are being handled in an erratic manner.
“The Government must immediately intervene to prevent further complications. It should coordinate with the Centre and guarantee smooth supply of LPG to the people of Goa,” Alemao demanded.
