Goa Khabar : The Aam Aadmi Party Goa held an important meeting of state office bearers to chalk out a clear roadmap for strengthening the party’s grassroots organisation across the state. The meeting was held under the leadership of AAP Goa State President Valmiki Naik and Goa Incharge Atishi, and was conducted by Working President Gerson Gomes, Organisation Secretary Prashant Naik, and Senior Vice President Sandesh Teleikar Dessai.

During the meeting, a detailed plan was discussed to build a strong booth-level organisation in every taluka of Goa. Leaders were assigned specific responsibilities to strengthen party structure at the village, ward, and booth level, ensuring continuous engagement with the public.

The meeting also resolved to aggressively raise local issues across Goa and consistently pressure the ruling BJP government to address public grievances. Leaders were instructed to take up issues related to healthcare, roads, environment, unemployment, corruption, and governance failures in their respective areas.

Another key focus of the meeting was preparing for the 2027 Assembly elections. Local leaders were asked to engage with communities and gather public opinion on what should form the agenda of any future alliance, making it clear that AAP’s politics will be guided by people’s priorities, not power-sharing arrangements.

AAP Goa State President Valmiki Naik said, “Our strength lies in our organisation and our connection with the people. We are focusing on building a strong booth-level structure across Goa so that AAP remains rooted in the ground realities and people’s issues.”

Working President Gerson Gomes said, “This meeting was about action, not discussion. We are strengthening our organisation while simultaneously raising people’s issues in every taluka. The BJP government must be forced to respond to public problems.”

Organisation Secretary Prashant Naik said, “Clear tasks have been assigned to leaders so that organisation building happens in a disciplined and time-bound manner. A strong structure is the backbone of any serious political movement.”

Senior Vice President Sandesh Teleikar Dessai said, “As we look towards 2027, it is important that the agenda comes from the people. Our leaders will speak to communities and bring their voices forward, because alliances and politics must serve Goa, not individual interests.”

AAP reiterated its commitment to grassroots politics, people-driven decision-making, and building a strong alternative to the BJP in Goa.
