Goa Khabar : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Goa Vice President Chetan Kamat has expressed gratitude to the people of Saligao for their overwhelming support to AAP’s #BJPCheBurak signature campaign, which resulted in the long-pending repairs of the Saligao–Pilerne Industrial Estate Road.
Chetan Kamat said, AAP started the #BJPCheBurak signature campaign from this very Pilerne Industrial Estate Road. The road has now been partially repaired, and we are keeping a close watch on the ongoing repair work to ensure quality and timely completion.
He further stated that while the partial repair is a welcome move, several roads in Saligao constituency are still in poor condition and need urgent attention. We demand that the remaining roads in Saligao be repaired on priority. The people deserve safe and smooth roads, not excuses, Kamat added.
Kamat thanked local residents, business owners, and volunteers who supported the campaign, saying that their unity and voice compelled authorities to take action. He assured that AAP will continue to monitor the progress and stand by the people until all road repair works in the constituency are completed.
The #BJPCheBurak campaign, launched by AAP Goa, aimed to highlight poor road conditions across various constituencies and press for immediate government action.
