Goa Khabar: Remunance Services Pvt Ltd, a leading Employer of Record (EOR) provider in India, has announced the expansion of its operations in Goa to support the strategic hiring plans for its client, Network Building +Consulting ( NB+C), a US based infrastructure and engineering solutions company.

Remunance specializes in enabling global companies to establish and scale in India without the complexities of setting up their own legal entity. Through its EOR model, Remunance manages compliance, payroll, HR, and employee benefits, allowing foreign companies to focus on business growth while ensuring adherence to Indian labour and regulatory frameworks.

NB+C brings over three decades of expertise across wireless, utilities, fibre, EV charging, and large-scale construction services. By partnering with Remunance, NB+C is able to focus on its core operations, while Remunance ensures seamless workforce management and compliance in India.

Addressing the media, Conlon McCarthy, president, NB+C said, “Goa has emerged as a promising hub for international businesses due to its untapped talent pool, growing infrastructure, and seamless connectivity with larger metros such as Mumbai and Bangalore.” According to McCarthy, the international airport and favourable time zone alignment with the US enable near round-the-clock operations, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness in project delivery.

Vaibhavi Vaidya, director, Remunance said, “As part of our growth plans, Remunance plans to scale its Goa workforce for the NB+C project by 40–50 per cent over the next one year, directly contributing to local employment and economic development.” Current hiring spans across engineering, project management, and technical roles, offering professionals the opportunity to work on global projects.

According to Vaidya, Remunance’s entry into Goa, in partnership with NB+C, marks a significant step in creating sustainable employment opportunities and strengthening Goa’s position as an emerging hub for engineering talent in India.
