Goa Khabar : Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade on Wednesday met Murlidhar Mohol, Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation, in New Delhi and extended his gratitude for the commencement of bookings for the Goa–London (Gatwick) direct flight service of Air India.
The much-awaited service will begin from 26th October 2025, with flights operating thrice a week — on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Speaking on the development, Tanavade said the new international connectivity would provide a major boost for Goans travelling abroad and also strengthen Goa’s air links with Europe. He further thanked the Union Minister for his efforts in making the service a reality.
