Goa Khabar : The Bharatiya Janata Party, Goa, organised its State Organisational Workshop at Mapusa today with the objective of further strengthening the party structure, outlining the roadmap for the future, and ensuring effective coordination across all levels of the organisation.
The workshop was addressed by BJP Goa State President Damu Naik, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, National Joint General Secretary (Organisation) Shivprakash, National Vice President Dr. Saroj Pandey, and Maharashtra Spokesperson Keshav Upadhye. Rajyasabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade , vinay tendulkar , General Secretary Sidharth Kunkolienker , Sarvanand Bhagat were present at the occasion.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, in his address, stated that all the schemes implemented by the BJP governments are designed for the benefit of the common people. He emphasised that it is the duty of every karyakarta to ensure that these schemes reach the grassroots, so that maximum people can benefit.
In his presidential speech, State President Damu Naik said, “Our party has grown strong, and so has our worker base. Earlier, BJP had only two Members of Parliament, but today we are in our third consecutive term of the Union Government. We have offices across all states and districts, and these offices should be utilised as centres to unite people and resolve their issues. BJP truly believes in the principle of Antyodaya – upliftment of the last person in society.”
Dr. Saroj Pandey, National Vice President, emphasised on team management and effective coordination in the working of karyakartas, which she highlighted as the backbone of any successful organisation.
Keshav Upadhye, Maharashtra Spokesperson, spoke about the use of IT, social media, and traditional media to strengthen public connect and effectively communicate the party’s message to the masses.
Shivprakash ji, National Joint General Secretary (Organisation), shed light on the history of the BJP and the sacrifices of countless karyakartas, reminding everyone of the ideological strength and organisational discipline that has brought the party to where it stands today.
The workshop was attended by State Office Bearers, District Office Bearers, District Presidents and Mandal Presidents, who actively participated in discussions on future strategy, organisational expansion, outreach to different sections of society, and training of karyakartas.
Karyakartas present at the workshop applauded the work done by the government under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant for the betterment of the people of Goa, and expressed their resolve to strengthen the party at every level.
