Tinge seeks to highlight the diversity and variety of Indian Coastal Thali’s found all over Andhra,
Malvan, Mangalore, Kerela, Malabar Coast, Tamil Nadu and Bengal both in vegetarian and non vegetarian fare. The Special Coastal Thali is available on Sundays, The Malvani Thali on Friday and Saturday and the Goan Thali is available on all days of the week. The Pure Veg Thali is available all through the week.
